学生角度:三年级是小学生学习英语的基础阶段,以直观形象思维为主,对游戏、竞赛、画画特别感兴趣。因此,在设计课堂教学活动时根据学生的年龄特征和思维特质,采用灵活多样的教学方法来吸引学生注意力,努力营造玩中学、学中玩的教学氛围。运用多种手段,借助丰富的语言情景尽量为学生创设全英文环境,鼓励学生大胆开口表达。
教材角度:本课围绕“参观农场”这一主题,通过麦克和刘涛参观刘涛爷爷的农场,在参观的过程中,他们谈论看到的动物。由于农场是一个比较特殊的场景,所以学生学习这些东西可能有一点陌生。因此,教师通过歌曲,动物声音,农场环境布置,动物puppets等方式,为学生提供丰富的感知。
语言角度:语言的功能性不仅体现在日常会话的传情达意,也体现在获取有效信息的工具性。本课语言材料来自于学生不熟悉的农场,以复数形式讨论农场上出现的动物。教师从听动物歌曲讨论动物,从听动物的叫声学习动物名称,讨论农场切入文本,整体感知了解文中农场动物,阅读语篇了解主语言功能,模仿课文逐步创新直至运用这一系列螺旋式上升的活动中,努力为学生创造充满童趣,以生为本的快乐课堂。

4. 通过学习,学生初步感知名词的复数形式,掌握复数s的读音。
(三)情感目标:
通过农场动物的讨论,丰富学生生活经验,激发学生热爱大自然,热爱生活的情感。

Step 2.Presentation
1、Teach: I `m hangry, I`want to eat an apple.who has an apple?Who know, Where are there many apples?(板书课题:On the farm)
新授单词’farm’.(are—farm)
T: What can we see on the farm?
Ss: ?
T:What’s this?
S1:It’s a/an... apple/orange
What are these? They’re apples.
What are these? They’re oranges.
T: What’s that ?
S1:It’s a/an... pear/ banana
What are those? They’re pears.
What are those? They’re bananas.
2、Teach:区别What are these?/ What are those?用法。
当说明东西离我们近的时候,用“these”,表示“这些”。
当说明东西离我们远的时候,用“those”,表示“那些”。
3、T: We can see some fruit and animals on the farm. Now some animals are coming. Let’s see what they are.
T:(播放鸭子图片),What’s this?
Ss:鸭子.

新授单词:duck(大小声读,集体读,开火车读?)

4 、Teach:学习一般疑问句
Are these ducks? Yes, they are.

5、Guess some pictures
出示一些图片,先遮蔽好,让学生用上一般疑问句Are these …? Yes, they are. Are those… too? No, they aren't.来进行猜图游戏。
6、出示一些图片根据远近关系,正确使用 Are these/ those ...?同桌进行对话。
7、Think of time 动脑筋时间
根据笑脸和哭脸,让小朋友们横线上应该填什么单词呢?
8、Have a reat,sing a song (欣赏动物歌曲on the farm)
